I’m always looking for ways to keep inflammation at bay and just love this recipe I created for a creamy, comforting, super anti-oxidant “tea.” There’s no actual tea in this mixture, just a yummy blend of spices and heart-healthy, skin smoothing and mind-sharpening goodness!
Super Power Plus Anti-inflammatory Thyroid Tea

- 1/2 TBSP Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Raw Honey
- 1 TBSP Pastured Butter
- 1 TBSP MCT Oil
- 1 TBSP Upgraded Collagen
- 1 Cup Water (ideally purified)
- *Special Equipment: Blender & Tea Pot
- Heat up water to just under a boil.
- While water is heating up, add spices, butter, MCT oil and collagen to the blender.
- Put honey in your tea cup
- Pour hot tea water into the blender and blend for 2-3 pulses.
- Pour into tea cup, take a deep breath and enjoy!
- **I rinse out my blender immediately so that the turmeric doesn't stain the glass. Same thing when I'm finished with my tea cup.
