I created this Paleo, gluten-free, grain-free menu for my family for Valentine’s Day this year. I’ll be making the salad dairy-free by eliminating the mozzarella and I recommend you tweak this for your own needs as well. This menu is thyroid & autoimmune friendly, easy to make and absolutely scrumptious!
