Ingredients
  1. 2 cups organic chard or spinach (optional)
  2. 2 cups organic coconut milk, almond milk or hemp milk
  3. 2 cups fresh or frozen organic pineapple
  4. 1 cup fresh or frozen organic mango
  5. Juice of ½ organic lemon
  6. 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon fresh, grated organic ginger, to taste
  7. 1 teaspoon ground organic, non-irradiated turmeric
  8. 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Throw all the ingredients in a blender and voila!
  2. *Use at least one frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
Notes
  1. *Adding the chard or spinach makes this smoothie a real powerhouse but note, it will turn the smoothie green.
