    I sooo am one of those who has the good intention of doing the bone broth! but just never seem to get to it :(
    I am so glad you shared this idea! I can, in the real world, fit this in! Do you have a suggestion on how much? daily? weekly?

      I drink a cup of broth every morning. I happen to live near a great restaurant that uses high quality ingredients and makes sensational broth so I just buy a bunch every week and drink it daily. :)

    I just simply throw it into any smoothie that I am making, or if in a hurry, it stirs easily into plain ole water for a quick gulp. I use the kind that does not gel (hydrolyzed). I use it also for a good protein source instead of whey prot. pwd.-10 g. of prot/serv. And is supposed to be good for joints/cartilage.
    I get mine by the 5 lb. box from Gelatin Innovations.
